- I. FIRST PHASE
Our responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Chief Administrator of the Haitelmex Foundation, the position holder will be responsible for the following functions as an intern in the briefings, special events, and conferences program and as representatives of youth from civil society and the sale of VIP membership kits in exchange for donations to support the project:
As part of the promotion
1-Prepare an email invitation plan three times a week to send to companies, organizations, professionals, schools, for the sale of an annual VIP membership license.
2-Development of a plan of 1000 flyers to distribute in your area, for the promotion of an Internship Program and a VIP license,
3-Prepare a plan for visiting companies, organizations, professionals, three times a week
4-Develop a plan for invitation, online and in-person presentation sessions, and training for new employees of your club
5-Development of a promotion plan on social networks three times a week
6-Execution of a plan to sell advertising space on our website and on our bulletin board and for the sale of DONUTS
Special Events and Conferences
- Assist in organizing briefings, special events, and conferences as well as online and in-person events for youth, and in the sale of VIP membership kits in exchange for donations to support the project:
- Assist in the design of event flyers, save-the-date cards, and social media cards, to have 30 to 90 people take a VIP license in your club each month.
- Assist in creating online RSVP forms and a WhatsApp group for attendees to do the same activities
- Research discussion groups (universities, NGOs, and other CSOs) for awareness and advocacy purposes.
- Review and compile information to support the work of the Youth Steering Committee, civil society representative
Action Plan:
- Filter and review registration requests for high-level events supported by HAITELMEX
- sports clubs, as VIP members, by enrolling through an annual contribution as a participant in our training or as a local donor, who receives an Android or laptop equipment donation, with the Haitelmex Foundation.
- Analyze and execute data for registration statistics
- Create an infographic report for events
- Review and compile stories of CSOs to highlight on the Haitelmex website.
- Create social media/video content for events
- Monitor generic office emails and respond to emails
- Assist in the HAITELMEX annual report, event planning, and drafting meeting minutes.

SECOND PHASE
WORK AND ADMINISTRATIVE AREA.
In our journalistic activities, we assist our clients in mass health, DTA, work permit applications, social services, provide a workplace for the promotion of an immigrant fundraising program, give lectures on various subjects, provide advice to individuals over 70 on how to fill out certain legal documents for taxes, and activities we must carry out for our annual project.

- Assist in managing the club's progressive discipline program.

MARKETING AREA.
- Work on networking as part of human resources.

TRAINING AND ASSISTANCE AS ENVIRONMENTAL ADVOCATE
Update and publish announcements in the media, as well as create magazine designs, study social feasibility if necessary, and manage the website and various platforms.
- Guide and implement training and orientation programs in accordance with the Escazú Agreement, for four semesters, to promote environmental awareness in the environment. Our goal is to reach a target of 60 potential VIP clients as new support
