The Haitelmex Foundation was born from the idea of the project in the area of St. Patrick Haiti, Port-au-Prince, Haiti on Sunday, May 13, 1989, where the need was felt, given the lack of electricity and clean running water.

- The Haitelmex Foundation is a nonprofit organization created in 2007 in Mexico and legalized in 2008.
- In 2009 : Our Organization receive a statute as a Federal contractor registered at DUNS number: (812-917-615) NAIC CODE: (611)
- 2010 : Our Organization registers with (MSPP) HAITI NO (00270):
- in 2013 :It received a legal status in the United States as a non-profit organization 501(C)(3)
2016
- In 2016 it receives a statute with UN / ECOSOC / Special Consultative Status 2016:
- In 2016 it receives a statute with (IRS / FATCA / ID: UUM36K.00001)
2017
- Our Organization is registered with the representatives of Haiti Consulate: with N0 57/11
- CORPORATE ENTERPRISE E-Verify ID (872648):
